1. How does it take delivery for the delivery to be sent out ?
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 5-7 business days of payment. We will notify to you by email when your items have been shipped.
2. When will Customer receive my item(s)?
Estimated time of arrival for your item would depend on a couple of things. The first would be the type of delivery service chosen upon checkout of your order. The second factor would be where your delivery address would be.
For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 3 to 7 days for delivery as they may be shipped from other countries.
3. How can I modify or cancel my order?
After you place an order you have limited time to request an order modification. Here are the details:
Any requests to change or cancel your order should be made within 24 hours of order submission.
After 24 hours your order may not be eligible for modification.
If an order is eligible for a modification, a Request Change link will be visible in your Order History.
4. Who delivers my order?
Our customers are able to choose from the various delivery companies we employ. We use Epacket and USPS as logistics partners to be able to offer our customers optimal delivery and service conditions.
Note: For bag and shoe products, exchange conditions Payment is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the goods are guaranteed to keep the product labels intact (unused)
5. What about USPS-ECommerce ?
USPS is our logistics partner for an inexpensive and secure international delivery service. Delivery time using USPS Standard is 4-6 working-days from dispatch of the goods.
